About Sophia
"I am a reflexologist, spiritual healer and doula, working in East Sussex and London.
Since 1986, I have trained in a variety of therapeutic methods: reflexology, aromatherapy, oligotherapy, spiritual healing, the focusing method, and being a doula.
I work in London at the Temple Lodge Club and at my practice in East Sussex . I can work with clients in English, French and Portuguese.
My original training was in science; in the 70s, I taught geology at the University of Ouro Prêto in Brazil. However, my interest in the human soul and the cultivating of wholeness and health in ourselves and in the world of nature took me to England, where I found my feet as a holistic therapist.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, National Federation of Spiritual Healers (The Healing Trust), the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH), and Doula UK. I am fully insured.
